Compare this tree with a Scene data structure for the renderer.

Each LayoutManager object acts somewhat like the Vector objects
in a Position. When the renderer renders a Scene, each Vector
places its Model where it belongs in camera space. When the
Java GUI renderer renders a GUI, each LayoutManager places
its components where they belong in the GUI.
