There are a few online sources of help for Maple. The Maple web site has a list of FAQ's.
The site Maple V bilingual - MapleArchives/Documentations contains both introductory and advanced material on Maple that you can download. The Maple Advisor Database for Release 5 has a lot of short advice pages that answer common questions about using Maple. Plus there are explanations of many Maple error messages.

Maple itself comes with several forms of online documentation. Besides the Help Menu items contained in Maple's menu bar, look in the Windows 95 Start Menu for the "Maple V Release 5" program group and look for an item in the program group called "Introduction to Maple V Release 5."
